"I am so grateful and happy with Dr. Christian and Kevin. Kevin was able to get my mom in for a tele health visit even though they had a very busy schedule. He understood and showed an immense amount of compassion for my 93 year old mom who needed some medication. Even though I called the office numerous times to check if there was a alot open yet, Kevin was extremely patient with me and eventually because of him my mom got what he needed. I have dealt w Kevin numerous times and he is just awesome! Dr. Christian well she is an angel and even though it was after five she still called me and helped w my mom's situation. She took the time to listen to me and in the end she helped me beyond words. Thank you and highly recommend!!"
"It saddens me that I do this, but enough is enough! My first time I became a patient, Gilda forgot to check me in. I patiently waited for 2 hours. I was told great things about Dr. Perez and was willing to wait, but when I asked Gilda how much longer, she said she forgot to check me in and Dr had left! I told the manager Marina that it was unacceptable excuse! I stayed giving that Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Carillo were taking care of me. So many things have accrued with the staff messing up. The manager and staff is absolutely horrible! I have became that rude lady now because of their many mistakes! Few weeks ago I had a telemedicine appointment and they completely forgot about me. I called the next day and spoke to Manager again, asking what happened?! She has nothing to say about it! I did advise that I would file a complaint to the state. I didn’t, trying again to give a chance, after chance just because of the doctors. Fast forward to today, I am scheduled for an appointment and I’m told DHR didn’t send blood results that was drawn a week ago. Teresa calls me and I’m asking when was it noticed that results were not there? She completely ignored me and I had to repeatedly say hello. She comes back to the phone so rudely and have told her I’m done! I am filling a complaint as of today! I’m sorry for the doctors, they are amazing, Nurse Abby, lady in the lab as well. The rest of the staff do not care!"
"The previous review is false in it’s assumptions of poor performance and rude antics from Mrs. C and her staff, I too had an appointment this same day and there was a medical emergency occurring with a patient. As we all know HIPPA prevents anyone from details. The staff were apologetic to EVERYONE in how behind they were and offered to reschedule anyone not wanting to wait. Is there times this office may have longer wait times than usual… yes. The quality of care that is given to EVERY patient by staff but personally by Mrs. C is the main reason I followed her to this practice. No staff nor her were yelling, being rude or disrespectful. It’s a small practice, and a person with a diva narrative that was the one being rude and less than professional should not be exaggerating facts because they’re disgruntled that heaven forbid a medical emergency takes pretense over a long wait time. I’m sure we would all love to take comfort in the fact if it was anyone of else experiencing an emergency we too would be treated accordingly. Claiming to be a “professional educator” without grammatical correction of a review based off emotion in an attempt to disparage Mrs. C and the staff of this practice can be viewed as “opinions are like a**holes”, everyone has one, conduct unbecoming, and an superiority complex of entitlement. I would highly recommend Mrs. C and the practice to anyone wanting quality care, attention to detail; as Mrs. C has saved my life twice. Those times have caused others to have longer wait times. Sometimes understanding patience to ensure everyone is properly informed and taken care of means giving grace."
"I had spoken very highly about this office and when I decided to bring my stepchildren to be seen in this office. We confirmed our appointment and upon our arrival we were canceled because the doctor had an emergency. (Which I understand things happen) we rescheduled for two days later. After doing the check in process on their portal we arrived early and were the only ones in the lobby for roughly 40 min. We were called to the back and kids got viral done and put in rooms. We waited in room for 1 hour and 20 min. No one came to let us know the wait would be. After approaching the nurses station to ask how much long it would be, the nurse staff responded back rudely saying there was only one “provider” I informed them that we had already been rescheduled and we could of been informed ahead of time that the wait was going to be long. Then the “provider” Ms. Christian interrupted very rudely saying there was rooms full of patients and one more patient before us. I was in shock with her attitude given that I spoke so highly about her. To be talked down by the staff and the “provider” was such bad customer service. After returning to the room with my daughter I could hear the whole staff and Ms Christian (the provider PA) talking about us. Then two staff members came into the room to inform us that the (provider) wound not be seeing us because we complained about the wait. In all my years in service in hospitality, medical, and as an educator have I been treated this way. If your office is understaffed and short handed you inform your patients a head of time so they do not get frustrated. You inform them right off the bat you apologize for canceling the previous appointment that me the patient had no control over. And you certainly do not refuse to see two children who have an appointment to be seen. The children were not at fault for the parents who confronted the issue of the time wait. And yet your office staff and provider acted in such an unprofessional way. I am so disgusted with the way we were treated after talking so highly of this office. Two days after this review this office reported myself and my husband to CPS. After they refused to see my kids."
