"My husband had never seen a Dr in his life and the day he decided to see a Dr. And sets an appt for 5/4/23@ 10:15a.m. we get there early 9: 30am to fill out paper work and we are almost done and the front lady comes to us and says," you are not in the system sir,but you can wait 2hrs or so ,you'll be put as a walk in." Really!!!! I too had made an appt and I was going to be seen but not him? What! I kindly asked if he could be put in the schedule instead of me. I was not in pain, he was ! And they plainly said nope! I could not believe it! Lack of compassion my husband was pacing the lobby with pain . Insensitive and did not even care that I would not be coming back as the existing patient that I was. What a bad experience we had. I never have rated a bad review ever !!! but this needed to be said. Give them a try maybe you'll have a good experience ,maybe the ladies in the front desk were just having a bad day. God bless"
"Have been a patient to this Clinic for more than 20 years, on and off. Never been seen by the primary Doctor, always by a different Ph. A. every time. Last visit, Ph.A. didn't know how to read my lab and exam result ordered by another Ph. A. Walked out with no info. on my medical condition. Unfortunately, I have lost my time and money on medical practitioners that don't care for their patient's health."
"Was a good clinic until our PA left. Tried others, did not like them. Last straw was today seeing one of the drs I've never seen before. Horrible. Would not refill my arthritis meds, saying I don't need it. Now I have to go back to the arthritis specialist. Dr was trying to force me to get the flu shot. I said no several times, after Christmas. He got mad. I have never had a dr treat me so bad. NEVER will return there."
