"In the past I would give this place a 5 star,,for all services..across the board..I had insurance now I do not. I had to have blood work done by their request never being explained why and what tests were being ran. Once I had blood work done then received a called saying I had low readings on thyroid, vitamin d and elevated cholesterol.I was worried. Then later finding out that they were all not that much away from normal. Mixed messages scared me. I prefer seeing same person ,but they are not always available which can sometimes get confusing and frustrating. I get told by New counselor whenever I need to talk let him know. I've only been able to speak to him once in months. Noticed I was gaining weight. Counselor said he was gonna help with that. Has not been able he is always too busy.. Took me almost 2 months to get 1 letter saying when I was 1st prescribed my antidepressant.then they gave me wrong info. I had to ask again. Remember I'm paint for my services no more insurance. Can not afford all this bloodwork,$55 visit few and all the medications. With all the frustrations I just stopped all meds except for fluid retention. I need a echocardiogram cheapest $250..been working non stop to pay. No day off since Feb. 24th...depession and migraine meds were causing me drowsiness..dozed off at work at last job was fired after 4 yrs 10 months. Feel. If I keep going I get services, meds, but not really getting helps.writhing prescriptions is easy, but when u do not really put much attention on patients and make it about money ur really not helping them. I'm not going back there."
