"The ladies there are very nice and professional however there were too many errors from this office and the main office. They made a driver of mine the main policy holder without talking to me nor him. They misspelled their names which caused issues with other companies requesting proof of insurances and it took many months for them to correct it. Now i was very understanding every time until the last error which was major and cost me so much miney lost. Calls not returned and no follow up on things needed also. I had to keep calling to follow up after weeks. Last error was blamed on me. They took no accountability. I left this branch and i will be leaving the new one soon also. I'm saddened that this happened but no resolution was offered. The costs have been sky rocketing as well. Luckily I there are other companies that except aarp discounts. All insurances are taking advantage increasing rates. It's insane. I will be sharing my experience as often as necessary so people can have full disclosure of peoples experiences and the manner they resolve or lack of resolving."
