"I've been a patient here since 2009 and to me the service has always been great. I've waited at times but nothing that does not happen at other hospitals. The way things are at the moment it seems anywhere you go you have to wait. I know we are at times in a hurry, but some patients are a little more fragile and in need of more urgent care than I do. So if saving a life means I have to wait ,so be it. I was that person back in 2009 and they saved my life. To me they are top notch. Thank you to all the staff. God bless."

"Writing from the lobby. Took my husband back for an EKG almost 2 hours ago. They ran the test immediately. Since then he's been sitting and waiting for anyone to tell him anything. There is a sign saying that they respect the patient's time....but actions speak louder than words. Still waiting."

"I had 3 appointments same day, 11, 1 and 2. 11 appointment was 20 minutes late, a short test, 1 appointment lady was late from lunch by 20 minutes, got called @ 1:30 for a 10 minute test. Checked in with desk for 2 test @ 1:40. Sat till 2:15, called to desk to see if I was there. Said I checked in @ 1:40. Waited till 2:30, still not called, I left. Screw them."
