"The only thing they care about is money. I showed up for my appointment and the lady in front tried to charge me the co-pay plus a "no show fee" before checking in or I couldn't be seen by the Dr. Dr Mario Salinas is great but the accountant is rude and disrespectful, wanting you to pay "no show fee" for an appointment that I never had. She preferred to give me the option of cancel my account and go with another physician/clinic than look for any solution or check again if it was an error. I ended up looking for another physician after 8 years with Border Clinic..."
