"Never again am I going to this optical. If I had the choice to give them a no star, I would, but unfortunately I have to at least give a star. They have bad communication. I told them I wanted the daily contacts and they give me the trial pair for the monthly contacts. And then when I call to order the daily contacts they said they didn’t have the prescription so they had to send me the daily contact free trials to see if I like them. So after calling and placing the order for my contacts for the dailies, they kept asking if I needed the trial pair and I told him no I already had them and I like how they fit so I’m trying to order the dailies. They said OK. What do you want and I told them I want to six month prescription or the dailies. So I never get a call that they’re ready, so I called them and they said yes they’re ready to pick up. So I drive to Eagle Pass and I get to the optical. And they gave me my contacts, only to find out that they gave me the monthly contacts instead of the dailies as I requested. In order for me to get the dailies, I had to give back the monthly contacts and pay the difference for the dailies. So I told them why it wasn’t my fault I just said you know what I’ll just take the monthly contacts because I’m not gonna pay a difference for a mistake y’all made."
