My nurse did an excellent job, she was very professional, patient, sweet and very attentive, she offered food even though i was there for a couple of hours. It honestly felt like a little small getaway, i was able to rest while my babies & i were being monitored. I give 5 stars to the labor & delivery department."

"I visited the E.R. on 9-27-2023 at 1959 for a sudden onset of fever, chills, bronchitis like cough with some wheezing, headache, and feeling a little weak. Although the E.R. triage staff had just started their shift at 1900 and with plenty of patients in the lobby, the staff didn’t skip a bit with any of us waiting to be seen. Dr. Williams, Triage nurses Marlene and Cruz were outstanding during my assessment and with the rest of the patients too. I got seen in a timely manner and the team approach was outstanding. Great listening and communication skills while we discussed my treatment plan. Dr. Williams ordered chest X-ray (unfortunately I didn’t get the X-ray tech’s name, who was awesome as well) and COVID and flu swabs with results ready in less than 40 minutes. In the meantime RN Marlene gave me Tylenol and as soon as labs were read by MD I was rapidly attended by RN Cruz giving me medications to cover for the night. Living 4 1/2 hours away from Eagle Pass, I felt uneasy going in but this team was so welcoming and always with a smile on their faces and saying thank you and you’re welcome when I would applaud their dedication and when I would tell them thank you for their service. A very positive E.R. Visit. The team’s bedside manners were superb with a very professional and dedicated approach. Discharge time was at 2103 (2 hours total in and out time) which included the above mentioned studies and medication administration. I would highly recommend this E.R. and hospital to anyone any day!
