"My mom decided to change insurance companies after having All-State for a few years. She went to the office and spoke to the manager Maria Elizondo to cancel her plan she gave her paperwork to sign and everything. My mom checked her bank account a few days ago its something she doesn't do very often and it turns out they were still charging her account and the plan was never cancelled. They have charged her over 2k since she signed the paperwork. My mom returned to All state today and talked to the manager again turns out they gave her paperwork for a different customer with a similar name to my moms. This company obviously does not know how to file paperwork and actually check on what belongs to each customer. The manager was very rude I do not recommend them to anyone looking for insurance. They are very unprofessional if you are looking for a place to treat you like garbage then this company is 100% for you."

"I am incredibly dissatisfied with the services I was provided at AllState. I was attended by Maria Elizondo and it is an understatement when I say she lacked professionalism. She was rude and provided me with garbage customer service. I switched to a different insurance company just so I would no longer have to have any sort of interaction with her. "They did not call when they cancelled my insurance and I was basically driving around without insurance for a few days thank to them they are very unprofessional and not very helpful at all and having to pay 70 dollars for just 3 or 4 days not refunded at all just the deposit which was 30 dollars .
