"The on-duty Manager refused my returns with the reason that I had purchased from another branch, so the returns do not belong to his Lewisville's branch inventory. I informed that the OfficeDeport/OfficeMax's policy indicated otherwise. I had no choice but to call and filed a complaint about this location's lack of knowledge and desire to assist my returns."

"On Sunday, I visited an Office Depot and approached the only employee wearing a supervisor badge. I inquired about a specific pen, providing both a screenshot and the item number (1373923). While he initially offered assistance, his subsequent actions were disappointing. Despite being unsure of the pen's location, he declined my request for help locating it. Additionally, he confirmed that neither he nor his team knew where it was stocked, despite being responsible for customer service and part of an award-winning team. Frustrated, I searched the store myself. He eventually noticed my struggle and inquired if I had found the pen, which I hadn't. Surprisingly, although he had a handheld scanner just moments before, he remained standing at the front of the store. I approached him, and only then did he accompany me to the pen section and locate the item. This experience demonstrates the importance of proper training and customer service orientation for store supervisors. Assigning responsibility without equipping individuals with the necessary skills can negatively impact customer experience and brand reputation."
"They are very unprofessional. I asked for a book printing and binding service yesterday. Since i needed the book asap, I asked them when I could get the book. The staff told me it will be ready tomorrow. Today, I visited the store and it was not ready. I asked them when it could be ready and they told me they don’t know….how long should i wait for 100 page book printing in office max?Don't go office max. It does not care clients."
"This Lady definitely do not like her job. I politely asked her which way my paper should go and with an Att she told me the wrong way . Resulting in the printer double charging me. I told her hey you told me the wrong way and she gone shrug her shoulders and roll her eyes. So I politely walked to the other end of the store and requested half my money back. Thank you blonde lady for being actually helping your customers instead of just standing around looking annoyed."
