"The manager, Matt, turned my initial unpleasant experience to a complete turnaround 5 star rating. The self-service copy machines would not register my thumb drive. The print staff employee wanted me to register for help, which came with a service fee; however, my preferred method was to complete the work via self service. I spoke with Matt, and he confirmed the copy machines were not registering the thumb drive. He took the thumb drive to the print area and printed the pages I needed without delay. He made the wrong right instantly and got the job done for me. Great leadership. Thank you for the help."
