"Purchased a new Electrolux fridge. The reason I did not give a 5 star is because the communication was lacking. I took the day off for what I thought was the delivery because it sent me a message through email and text saying it was being delivered and never showed up. Shannon was out of office and apologized for the mix up so then it was rescheduled where it was damaged upon delivery. I informed them it was damaged and then not a lot of communication after. The delivery guy did mention they could order a panel and replace it where it was damaged. No communication for weeks so I reached back out and was told it was back ordered. Then received an email it was in and asked what day I would like it delivered because they were available any day that week and could deliver it whatever was open for my schedule. I responded THURSDAY. So again I arrange for someone to be home and again miscommunication or lack there of because on Thursday I got a message it was being delivered on Friday after no communication response after I responded Thursday with “Thursday is full for delivery can we do Friday?” Just no response at all until the automatic scheduler told me it was Friday not Thursday as requested. Then when I reached out to inquire why it wasn’t delivered Thursday as requested and if it was indeed scheduled for Friday so I don’t take another day off work for nothing and I get a response that to me was rude. Delivery scheduled for today they arrive and it’s a whole new fridge not just panels to replace so I had to last minute clean out my entire fridge and freezer since there was no preparation instructions given. I will not likely be a return customer due to the lack of communication and miscommunication."

"We needed an over-the-range microwave, and realized that not many appliance locations carried those, and if so, did not have a selection worth the mention. That brought us to Texas Appliance based on positive internet reviews with regards to choices and prices. I will be honest when I say that as soon as my wife and I entered the place, it's bigness took our breath away. There seemed to be miles of appliances, beds and mattresses. What impressed us even more were some of the appliances, especially unique ranges and ovens, that you don’t get to see elsewhere. From that standpoint, we were a bit disappointed that their collection of over-the-range microwave wasn't as rich. Yet, it was enough for us. Ivan introduced us to those, and we chose one to our liking, including price-wise. The microwave was ordered, it arrived on time, and an installer was in our kitchen soon after, who installed the microwave quite expertly. Very satisfied."
