"Checkout took about 15 minutes (without a line) due to an elderly employee. During this interaction I was asked about purchasing insurance on the printer about 5 times and said "no thanks" every time. The time eventually comes to swipe my card and leave, imagine my surprise when I see a $30 charge for 2 years of insurance... not only was this option declined 5+ times, but it is entirely worthless since the manufacturer already offers a 2 year warranty. I can only assume that this was an attempt to meet a bonus metric and use old age as an excuse to evade discipline. It was very clear that I rejected the option, and now I'm out $30 with nothing to show for it. Thank you very much for overcharging me "Employee ID: 944518". Very cool! I was impressed with the ease in which I was able to locate all of the items that I needed. The store was very organized and clean. It was a shopping delight to be in your store."

"I'm not in a physical store often, so it's awesome to receive great service when I do get out. The moment I entered the store, the young lady at the register acknowledged me. She had given another customer directions, so I figured I'd pick her brain as well when she asked why I read visiting. I quickly found what I needed and then browsed around. I was tempted to pick up a few office knick knacks, but I didn't. Even at the register, this young lady had quick chats with every customer and moved through the line quickly. Very impressive. I've got to shop here more often in the future."
