"Used to be a good place to go get your stuff until that heavy set curly haired woman started working 86.00 twice a day business"
"Wanted to get 3 pizzas but dudes wouldn’t even answer the phone to know if they had any available"
"I was just in there and all I have to say is what the heck!? Mallory in there with headphones not listening to a thing nobody saying. No manager in the building to give them direction. Mallory or the old lady had no idea what to do with the easy pay cards. I had to research and literally train workers as a customer. They need to know more. Hand written sign on the door saying pull the door open. Which is definitely terrible. They could’ve at least typed it. Not only that the door works and the sign is still up. The pump I used stopped pumping every gallon. And I had 11 GALLONS!! Safe to say it took me forever to pump gas. Went in to tell them. The old lady was busy with customers and Mallory was on the floor so I went in to tell her about the pump. Again didn’t hear a darn thing I said with the ear buds in her ears. I had to wave my arms in the air right beside her. She said okay and didn’t show no sense of urgency or even cared the pump was down. So I feel bad for the next guy who uses the pump I used. Overall these workers were terrible. The older lady was scared to use a stool to get some other guy cigarettes from the back. Really? A stool. Smh lol those two are a joke they should not be in a store by themselves. I know talent is hard to find but a gas station trip should be no longer than five minutes. I was in there over 25 min trying to pump gas and figure out this easy pay mess when it was just a register issue on their behalf. Awful."
"Self service lotto machine down today so I had to go to a cashier. She was talking to her coworker the whole time I was up at the register and saying she had to go outside to find out the scoop on some drama at the apartments. She hurried me thru my purchase, didnt let me input my phone number to get my points. I said something to her and shes said, 'oh.... ' and she didnt even give me a receipt because she was too worried about getting outside. I need my gas receipt as well since there was no paper in the printer at the pump."
"It used to be owned by another company, but got sold to Circle K. It has been HORRIBLE since then! Coffee, HORRIBLE! Parking lot, filthy, bad, management attitude, which is worse than the coffee! Way too expensive to keep going back. I was literally ignored by the so called manager when I asked her a question as I was buying 2 mountain dews. The place needs to be thoroughly cleaned up! And I mean cleaned up by changing management. Start with that. Then maybe you will see a profit. And ask why the employees park at gas pumps instead of a parking spot. Yet another example of poor management. This post was originally posted a year ago and now Stacy Hoover, the manager is still there and cussing at customers AND parking in handicap parking spots!"
