"The women's bathroom is something out of a horror story. Always. For weeks. It is absolutely the most abhorrent gas station bathroom I have had to use. I do home health therapy, so I've seen many a disgusting place. This takes the cake. Foul. Like, consistently just gross. I could go on and on. Ew."

"Visited three days last week. Lot had a lot of trash. The second and third day, it was the same trash in same place as the first day. The men's room was Nasty at best. I did advise the manager on duty. He said I know I just came out, I will get in a minute. He went to the register spoke with the CSR and asked for the next customer(very few at the time). The next 2 days, same issue. Same trash on the floor same place, and toilet unusable due to the filth being worse than before. Thorntons has fallen a lot in the last few years, I am sure Jim Thorton would be upset in the event he visited this store."

"The entire staff at this Thorntons are the greatest. I am always greeted by name when I walk in and they always go for the right cigarettes and cigars without me having to ask. They pay close attention to their customers and always make my day a little better."

"Yesterday, a friends car had died and she was able to get the car into Thornton’s parking lot. It was a hot 90+ degree day. She had it explained to the staff that it was in the parking lot and she was told as long as it isn’t blocking pumps or gas fill spots, it was ok. The staff was very friendly and understanding. I was replacing her alternator on the down car which took so much longer than anticipated. 3 hrs to be exact. We were about half way along and the staff had sent an employee, Sean, out with 4 big cups of ice water. It may not sound like much but it was such a huge gesture and we appreciated it immensely. Thank you Thornton’s staff for the hospitality and the generosity. It really did make a difference."

"The Manager and all Employees have gone out of their way to help me anytime I ask. I have witnessed employees dealing with nasty clients at the counter, and the Employees always stayed professional. I frequent this store weekly and have always found it to be very clean inside and out."
