"Everything about the stores convenient. But because I wasn't standing in the right line according to the lady working behind the counter. I was yelled at over the intercom embarrassed worst experience of my adult life never going back to any Thornton moving all my company fuel trucks to other stations my only recourse cuz people can do anything they want now there's no customer service"

"New security man Joe inside the station, still door closed, locked and no service at 12:30am Saturday morning the 13th. I feel sorry for the owner. The cashier she is inside and now there is a security man along with her both with a locked door. Big loss and failure."

"just went in there for ice cream and the cashier be can’t be more miserable. I say hello - thank you he doesn’t say a word. He might be better off working out at the dump or somewhere where there’s no customer service involved. I gave it two star because Thorntons overall is a good gas station and convenient site. customer service very important."

"Air pump credit card machine has been broken for months. No sign. When I went in the clerk said they couldn’t charge me inside (which they did last time I was here) and she didn’t recommend using it anyways because it’s not very good. Extra star for honesty."

"Very busy but very fast paced workers. I go here 2 times daily 7 days a week. The cashiers know me and know what I want before I get to register and have it waiting. Love the crew."
