"Terrible. Waited for hours just to get refills. Doctor wanted to take a blood test since my blood pressure readings are always unstable. Blood test was all I was all I was informed of by Dr Mendez. Turns out it was a full blown drug test urine blood. If dr Mendez would have just said drug screen I would’ve said no and say I will fail and save time and money for myself. No need for it. Instead I’m billed with 120$ and denied prescription, and half my asthma medication wasn’t even sent in. Shady, waste of half a days work, and have to pay for something I did not consent to. I consented to blood test only. Urine I should asked why but that is my fault. I was just trying to get out to get back to to work cause I thought it would be a quick visit for some asthma medication and anxiety meds. Refills. Reason why I don’t go to physicians."

"Literally the most unprofessional medical office I have ever called. The woman I talked to was rude and very incompetent at her job. I DO NOT recommend dealing with them. If they cannot even handle scheduling in a professional manner I would not trust them with my health."

"I’ve always recommended this place for all of my family and all of us have been very pleased with our experience. Front staff nice, can always get you in as a walk in with little wait, never felt rushed when in with any of the doctors, and never had a billing issue. Only issue one time was a delayed pharmacy call in. Love this place!"

"This place needs to get it together. Medications are being denied saying I missed my teleahealth appointment. When I’m fact I was on the call with dr Mendez. Have had multiple wrong dose of medication called in. This is a nightmare."

"They want me to follow up every 3 months for a long term condition. There’s literally no reason to apart from greed. The condition was stable and unchanging on the medication they’re now refusing to refill. If there’s no change why make an appointment to follow up that frequently? If I had a change I needed addressed would I just make an appointment? Like I said. Just greed. Will be finding a new provider."
