"This is frustrating, we are just done with this place. In person and on the phone they are extremely nice! They Sound like they care... However they absolutely refuse to give a call back or even answer their phones sometimes. We have called on multiple occasions to set up appointments, receive lab orders, and get prescription orders and every time it's the same answer. "Great, we will call you back after we speak with the Nurse (or Doctor) ". We would NEVER get a call back and we had to go up there in person and refuse to leave without orders, just to get our lab orders for our 1 YO. Even going in person and waiting for lab orders, they still were wrong and didn't include all elements of the test. It's been over a month of the results and they just can't seem to call us back after multiple calls or even care to set up an appointment. Dr. Lewis is fine, very knowledgeable and is great at having a plan. However, she needs work on her "bedside manner" from the get go she was critical without caring just how far we came, and our experience with the sister office, which was not great, and regularly driving my wife to tears. They need to fix their internal issues before we would consider going back...we love UMC, previous employees within the system...but this is the most dysfunctional office/department we have experienced. Go somewhere else that will treat you right."
