"My wife went there because she’s 7 months pregnant and having a severe allergic reaction breaking out in hives and she’s had to go back 3 different times in 3 days she’s been hurting and itching but they won’t do nothing to help her"

"Someone close to me had a known allergy that was promptly dismissed and disregarded by the doctor. She had been previously diagnosed with a condition, and the doctor swept it aside and tried to make it about her weight. He attempted to prescribe a medication that had the possible side effect of increased appetite, and said to her “she’d need to be careful” because of her weight. At this point, it’s been proven by multiple credible studies that weight ≠ health. To be a medical professional in the year 2023 and not observe that as fact is negligent and dangerous. The disbelief of her experience paired with the, to put it lightly, unprofessional behavior she was subjected to is abhorrent, and I would recommend going literally anywhere else."

"I'm so glad they open at 7am! I went in with a sore throat & ear ache and they saw me promptly! Front desk lady was very nice and efficient, Ron was just as nice and efficient in the room and diagnosed me quickly with strep. I was in and out in under 30 minutes!"

"Horrible, maybe take time to train your staff before they start working. The entire experience was horrible I felt sick all week the doctor told me "I think you just have anxiety" but if he took 5 seconds to look at my history it's known that I do, and I know my body well enough to know that I was experiencing 'anxiety' it was actually an infection so that's cool. Front desk was ...... i dont have any nice words so fill in the blanks there. Blonde girl at the front was not only rude but had no idea what she was doing, pulled out some binder and a calculator started adding up numbers to eventually charge me $125 copay and after receiving my explanation of benefits I was supposed to be charged $2. Now i get to play phone tag with the billing office and wait for my refund to process over a couple weeks. Dont go here unless you want to waste your time, I recommend the Kingsgate location those people actually know what they're doing and it's worth the wait."
