"Providence virtual visit let me down today. After waiting 2.5 hrs to see a Dr I was informed that I would not be seen today. I’m sick and have nowhere to go this late after waiting. Thanks for wasting my time"

"Came in here with a friend today that was told by a 24 hour clinic that she was likely suffering from toxic shock syndrome. We waited for 5 hours, and ended up having to leave because she was in too much pain and there was a very slim chance we would have been helped within the next few hours. We saw about 1 patient go in for treatment about every 2 hours. I told them it was ridiculous that my friend had not been helped because toxic shock syndrome can be deadly, and should be considered very severe where she should be treated soon. The staff told me that it was “not his fault” and offered no reassurance that she would be helped soon. When she told them she had to leave, they didn’t even question why or tell her that she should stay, they just watched her walk out. They have a terrible system, and if you’re in a dire emergency I would not recommend coming here."
