"Ran by a bunch of young childest acting immature girls. I used Dr. Joel Campbell. His surgery coordinator is mean and vindictive. He himself doesn't have more than 3 minutes for you once you wait 3 hours to see him on top of driving from a hour away to get there. Can't even give you the time of day. Didn't even wait around and talk to me after I woke up from surgery. Couldn't even take 3 minutes to go over my surgery on the follow up appointment. Had to make me drive the day after surgery to see him and wait a hour then wouldn't give me a minute because now it's lunch time. Don't be fooled by the name of this business. Look elsewhere."

"I was not pleased with the care I received at Lubbock Sports, I’ve seen Dr. Crawford since my knee problems started years ago and this time I felt like I was pushed to the back burner because I’m not longer of age, which they do have older patients than me as well. They took forever to contact me about test results, and did not even give me my treatment options in a timely manner as well. I was def. Not pleased and will be seeking a second opinion."

"It was excellent. Everyone was helpful, competent, and friendly. The one problem I had was with the form on the iPad, and that was my fault, because I hadn't noticed that I could have enlarged the letters. Further, I later discovered that the form was available via email, but I didn't notice until after my visit."

"The facility does not seem concerned with the progress of your treatment or your personal time. No progress has been made, my first visit was not thorough, additional testing was required. Scheduling is easy, but the purpose of the visit is not shared so additional visits are required. I come in from out of state, the lack of consideration is concerning and if the next visit is not progressive I will be requesting a new referral. Patients should be reminded the doctor and facility used is a choice not a privilege."

"Had 2 appointments on 2 different days and waited 1.5hrs on first visit and left an hour in without seeing Dr on second visit. This is a real problem. My time is no less important. Do me the courtesy and call me to reschedule or at minimum give me the heads up that you're running behind. I am understanding of getting behind but not understanding of not being respectful of my time."
