"The doctor was great and really did take care of me while I was a patient of his. However, that’s partly the issue. It’s while I was a patient. I admit medically I was a bit all over the place and I failed a lot of treatments but that grants no excuse for me to be released of care and then not be acknowledged by them period. I was told they wanted to send me to Mayo Clinic through a my chart message and that was the last I heard from this office. I requested time to talk about this and to understand the situation multiple times but received nothing in response. This left me searching in desperation to find someone that would treat me with no warning in advance. I would recommend this doctor if you have migraines but if it gets complex in the slightest be ready to have to find another doctor right away."
"This is one of the most pleasant medical offices I’ve ever experienced. Staff is attentive and courteous. You feel like a cared for customer … not a patient getting a test. From registration window where Vicki greets you like an old friend, to Rudy who administers the test and all the way to the attending physician, every person appears to care about their job, their fellow employees and the patients. I’ve had the same procedure, a nerve study, at another clinic and the doctor was neither as thorough nor did he explain the process like Dr. Dihenia."
"I would never ever go back to this place. I had the worst experience of my life in this place. They removed me from the clinic as a patient. Because I spoke up for myself. This place is an absolute joke I would not send my worst enemy here. If you like sitting in the lobby for an hour and then sitting in a room for an hour this is the place for you. Or if you want to wait for the doctor to take a week and a half to sign off on your medication and then have to call their nurse twice before they do anything. This is the place for you. Anybody else all I can say is run and I mean run from this place. The staff is disorganized. They have a PA that has the worst bedside manner in the world. I would not go see that PA if I had cancer and they were the last doctor on Earth. That is how awful that person is. I would encourage anybody to do business elsewhere cuz you're not going to get the kind of help you need in this place. They're far better doctors that will treat you with the utmost respect and decency. And who value your time"
"Finding these doctors greatly improved my treatment. I have chronic migraines, an AVM, lesions, and suspected narcolepsy. They listened to all my concerns, provide excellent treatment, don't rush be through appointments, and are nice to interact with. My doctor is so willing to help. I know doctors are supposed to be like this but you'd be surprised at how many aren't. Vickie Farmer is one of the best doctors I've seen."
"The nurses seem to be exceedingly qualified, I was very impressed with how they handled my MRI. However; that said, the public relations of this office are very poor. The women who run the front desk and the business people, who should be the most qualified to relate to their customers, are very difficult to deal with. They made a serious error that cost me work days and money, then repeated the SAME error when I returned for another appointment, and admitted to me that they made it because they did not follow procedure. The first time, the lady I spoke with was like talking to a brick wall and was very snobby. The second time it happened, I requested to speak to a different person. She was easier to talk to, but still, it was frustrating. Especially when there's something wrong and you need to find out what it is, and you are upheld by the front office. In short, I was able to argue with them and get an MRI, but the 2nd time I returned, I walked away from the business people, having never even seen a doctor, because I was REFUSED. Dealing with them was a truly bad experience for me that I do not wish to repeat, and that I would not wish on anyone else. If they would simply train their front staff, perhaps, their incredible nurses in the back could benefit from what is represented up front. But the snobiness and uppity air I have experienced twice in the front, is very distasteful and makes me not want to return."
