"I was searching for a new Primary Care Physician. I am in my 40's and early detection was a huge concern of mine. Dr. Tran's office was conveniently located on the south side of town. I was able to secure an appointment for the same week at a time that was convenient for my work schedule. I was greeted at the front desk almost immediately. I was escorted into one of the medical suites within 3 minutes. The room was extremely clean, the equipment was new and it was surprisingly well decorated. His triage staff came to see me within 5-7 minutes for vitals and routine annual assessments. Dr. Tran came to see me within 25 minutes from when I arrived in the suite to review results and discuss potential concerns of mine. He was attentive and informative. I left feeling like my concerns were addressed and he was able to refer me to a specialist for any remaining items. Total visit time was approx 50 minutes! The entire experience was high quality without the stuffy/impersonal "take a number" feeling of your typical walk in clinic. I definitely found my new doctor!"
