"Terrible continuity of care. Gave my previous Dr.' name and number. No one would call, instead insisted on changing my meds with no avail. Had allergic reaction in the Dr office due to new medication. Dr. could not tell difference between mania or allergic reaction. Had to go to emergency room 2 times for allergic reaction and be placed back on original med. Then you can't see Dr. On a non scheduled visit unless you wait all day. Not pleased with lack of empathy from most people there. Dr. was incompetent and negligent. Dr. couldn't tell me if medicine was filtered thru kidney or liver. I would not let my dog see this DR. on Illinois street, 2nd. floor."
