"My husband was sent to Urgent Care after discussing on the phone with his hematologist about getting another scan for his blood clots. Dr. Parmar told my husband she was refusing to do the scan because they “already knew he had blood clots” and it “would waste money”. I’m not sure how our finances are ANY of her business. He was just doing what he was told to do. She was also more concerned that he hasn’t seen a PCP than anything."

"Got chewed out by a Dr. There because my daughter didn't have a pediatrician. She diagnosed her with asthma, and said you should have had gotten a pediatrician already, because she has asthma! My daughter always saw doctor's out at tech due to medicaid. Yesterday was. Whole new ball game. This man doctor in the pediatric department was so kind! I wish I got his name! he took all the time in the world to care, and explain things."

"I normally like going here, but the last time I went the Dr. Chewed me out because my daughter didn't go to a regular dr. I thought she was just sick but she had asthma. I love being talked down on."

"Terrible experience. I m 71 years old and went in to urgent care here for a broken rib. Spent all morning waiting to see a doctor. Batra. They did xrays and I waited until the end of the day to get results. Finally had to call and badger them to read the results. They were suppose to call in a prescription for pain meds and did not. Just one of the worse all round medical visits I've ever had. They don't give a damn."

"The check in staff is never friendly. Today the girls yelled at me and rolled her eyes at me. Was very nasty. Another lady was sitting behind her. I pray she wasn't training her. The doctor that I see is horrible. I am looking into another doctor. Overall just a horrible place. Already pulled my kids out after the doctor said "well she hasn't died yet so I'm sure she will be fine". Who says that to a mother!"
