"CAVEAT EMPTOR. Do not, do NOT, buy the milkshakes here. Do not buy ANYTHING from here, actually. Made one in the machine, the mix had soured, and the cashier told me since I had opened it, I had to pay for it. I tried to tell him I took a single drink out of it, that it was bad, and it didn't matter to them, told me I had to pay for it anyway and "they just got it yesterday" when I had been there 4 days prior and it was still the same, single oreo milkshake in stock that I had decided not to get during my previous visit. I went ahead and paid for it because I had already got other things, but I will sooner push my car to Thorntons up a hill before I return to that spot. Their cashier needs to go work somewhere where lying to customers will get him somewhere. When a customer is trying to tell you that a dairy product has soured, and you're not willing to drink it yourself - take their word for it."

"No receipts available at the pumps. No phone number listed anywhere. So customer service at all. Go somewhere else."

"Don't go in here unless you want to be accused of stealing. Adult son was. We went into the store to pay 25.00 for gas and I used the bathroom. Had to use the men's because the woman's was closed. Asked son to check the bathroom for me. Worker (who told me to used men's bathroom) accused him of stealing a $2 beef stick, he put it back and helped me at the bathroom. After he yelled he would wait while she checked the tape, because he was wanting an apology from her. At that point she was just asking him to leave because a scene was happening. Customers were agreeing with my son. He demanded an apology and she hesitantly gave a half a$$ apology. Your going to accuse someone of stealing you had better actually see them steal it and leave the store. Needless to say momma was not happy either. I went in yelling also."

"Never open on time. Sometimes 30+mins late. However the food is actually really good, and always fresh when I go."
