"DO NOT STAY HERE We arrived and they had no record of our booking, when they finally gave us our room, the bathroom was full of hair from the last guest and when I notified property management, they claimed someone was coming to do cleaning and when we came back the bathroom was still the same. Really disgusting"
"Had to cancel our stay due to a hurricane and flights being cancelled. To add insult to injury, not only is our long weekend trip (that we’ve been waiting for for months) disrupted, they didn’t refund us a dime of the $700 we paid for a 2 night stay - not for tax, service fees, cleaning, etc even though we couldn’t come. They wouldn’t even offer a credit to use at a different time. Would NEVER book with Vacasa again. Zero empathy."
