"A friend of mine stays here (Extended). I've observed..... Rooms are a good size. Also there is a flat screen, n a fridge. Nice size bed. Now here is the bad part.....NO HOT WATER!!! NO WIFI FOR GUESTS!!! SHEETS N BLANKETS ARE DISGUSTING!!!!! NO THREAD N THE SHEETS AT ALL!!! SO WORN OUT, I WOULDN'T EVN CALL THEM "SHEETS"!!! My friend says it because he smokes. (Which I can KINDA understand) But at least supply nice sheets once and tell GUESTS they have to wash their own!!!"

"We loved our stay at Inn Dallas South. The design of the hotel is charming. The location can't be beat, within minutes of City, Central and so many restaurants. The afternoon tea was terrific and we included breakfast with our room and it was really filling. The front desk folks were very nice to our 5 year old daughter. ."

"Couldn't fault our stay. Excellent service.. Breakfast was everything and more. Delicious pastries, breads, meat/cheese, eggs/omelet cooked to order. Freshly squeezed juice/s + coffee/chocolate. Snacks, juices + tea/coffee also available all day up to 10 pm daily. Twin room was good size. Comfortable beds. Choice of pillows. Fresh towels daily if required. Roof top place was a bonus."

"Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and our room was ready despite we arrived before the check in time. Room was clean and we can see that they attend to the very detail by providing bottled water and toiletries. Breakfast menu was quite extensive and tasty. Just a suggestion that if the service staff at the breakfast area would put a smile on their faces and some greetings would have made this a perfect score.."

"Had a good night sleep. Quiet. Clean room. Quickly helped. Only thing was the cash deposit required. However next morning was returned with no questions asked after room was quickly inspected. It’s nothing fancy, but for the price you get what you get. Wish we had some shampoo though."
