From scheduling a consultation, to the initial contact with Ruby and to the eventual resolution of my case was nothing less than extraordinary! In about 7 months, my case was resolved – something which ordinarily in practice should take over a year or more. Cost: The fees are reasonable, and clients are given adequate time in which to make payments for services requested. Contracts: Contents of the contract for services requested are explained and thoroughly drafted which makes it easy for anyone to understand what they are signing. Promptness: Ximena, the Legal Assistant assigned to my case, was amazing. She made sure I was kept abreast of what was happening every step of the way. There was no delay at all in responding to questions I had and clarified areas of concern adequately. If she was going to be out of the office, she would inform me in advance so that my expectations were managed – this way I was kept informed and knew how to proceed in her absence.
