"Office staff is extremely rude especially Cynthia. I'm not sure if Dr. Flores is aware of this but it is completely unacceptable. The only reason Dr. Flores' staff is employed is because of his patients. Reply to comment - I am well aware of my mother's benefits, which is why it is completely absurd to try and collect a "deposit" when her private insurance will pay an office visit with a doctor of HER CHOICE. I will say it is tad bit unprofessional to share the name of her old insurance on a public site, which after talking to Cynthia it is not one bit surprising. However, if there are any other details this office would like to share publicly about my mother, I would air on the side of caution as there are HIPPA laws in place."

"Update: The staff has been on it the past few times I've been in which I really appreciate. Thank you. I really want to understand what's going on with the front desk. I've tried numerous times to get my mother in, who is a long time patient and has serious health issues, and the receptionists are always making excuses as to why she can't be seen. They fail to return phone calls or to give notices to Dr. Flores. Next time I go in for my appointment I'll be sure to have a word with him about his staff who are obviously hurting his practice. This wasn't a problem before and I'll change my review once this issue is fixed."
