"My boyfriend got flowers sent to me at the hotel.. apparently he said he knocked on the door and there was no answer..my boyfriend said if I don’t answer to call my phone number… while they never called me.. so then he said he took the flowers to the front desk and dropped them off with the staff that don’t really speak English.. so my boyfriend called me and I went to the front desk five times.. it was a total mess.. so I called the flower shop and said why didn’t you call me. You have my phone number.. she said we usually don’t handle business like this was her answer.. then she said I hope you enjoy your flowers and have a nice weekend.. I was very disappointed how the whole thing was handled.. made us get into a fight.. thanks for handling it not the way you were instructed.. and you call yourself a business… wow I hope no one has to deal with what my boyfriend and I dealt with… they don’t know how to follow instructions.."

"I used teleflor and they contracted this company for my mothers birthday flowers and I understand that exceptions could be done but would still get the quality of what I was pay for however this was not the case and the flowers received were nothing like what I orders and the lady at this location was not interested in making it right and spelled my name wrong on my order (I did contact teleflor and they made it right )"
