We have not had any interactions with any other employees so I cannot speak on their behalf but that interaction alone was enough to never refer or go back there for any inquiries again."
"Do not recommend they don't tell you about upcoming court dates they do not have record of anything on your case. Very rude. They cannot take off immigration holds but will accept your money in a second. People have family and life's and they do not care. Don't waste your time they won't get back to you they are never in the office to return your call."

The lawyer "Mr Gutierrez" whom we never met or spoke to never gave us the time of day. His paralegal Frances was very unprofessional in the way she handled buisness with our situation! "This place is horrible. STAY AWAY! They never call you back, and then you are on the line waiting to be connected to someone for 5 min till then you get disconnected. I hired the San Antonio office, they tried to keep my $1000.00 dollars for doing nothing but avoiding my calls. I never even talked to the lawyer not even once. The receptionist is very rude keeps you in line waiting then disconnects you you call back and she doesn’t answer. Then she keeps you want to hold then picks up again and says why are you calling when you tell her you had me on hold for like oh yeah when you could you hold again horrible place. A place that I do recommend is Albizu law! They are a great firm! I tell you again STAY AWAY FROM THEM all they want is your money!"
