In other locations you're just a number (that you receive by tapping on a screen) and have to wait for eternity, while the associates ignore you and keep doing their own thing. Only after you go up and remind them that you exist, do they go into action. But this place was so different. And Andrea made all the difference. How I wish Office Max hired more associates like her. "Went to location on Cooper St across from Walmart was one of the first guest in on Monday went to print dept I was treated rudely I ask him the associate if he kindly help with my print options he just kept throwing me off he actually left me standing there and help another customer while I’m standing there still talking to him I didn’t give up on Office Depot instead called the location on little road and received exceptional customer care in print dept but this is how one person can mess up for entire company for their own rudeness and laziness plz find job that you like!"

But when the white customers came to her she was so bubbly and attentive and very helpful. I will also be making a complaint at the store. Personally."

"Very poor customer service. I went in to get some printing work done. There were three people up front and two were helping other customers and one walking around. I was never acknowledged or greeted. I waited patiently for five minutes. Another customer walked in and was greeted and helped immediately by the guy walking around, that customer insisted that I go first since I was there first. The employee was reluctant to assist me and took a very rude tone so I kindly left. I don't spend my money in places where I am not respected."
