"The owner was very nice. The room was clean. The location was tranquil. If you need to stay in the area, this is an affordable option."

"I understand it is a family business, I respect that but the rooms are very old, furniture was dusty, there was something growing out of the AC, spiders in the room that hopefully ate whatever lived in the big cracks in the wall. There was a small TV that only had MSNBC on. Supposedly, this place was $125 a night but we got charged $75 The owner was very friendly but I cannot stay there again. I don't understand how this place got so high reviews."

"The Eleven Inn is wonderful The staff are very friendly and helpful. To schedule a room, give them a call and they will help you arrange your stay. Pets are allowed for a small fee. The rooms are lovely with nice antique furniture that is great for relaxing after a day spent at the nearby state parks (Balmorhea and Davis Mountains). The room has a microwave and a fridge to store snacks. There is also a shared kitchen area for you to prepare food. I had a great time staying here and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
