I talked to David on the phone and he was so nice and easy to work with. He totally listened to what I had in mind and the delivered arrangement was absolutely stunning! It's always nice to find a florist you can trust when you don't live in the city. Thank you, David."

"I don’t understand why I received such a poor response from the business regarding this review as I gave Panache Flowers 5 stars. They’ve never been anything but outstanding. Their customer service has always been flawless- I can’t remember the owner’s name but there have been a couple occasions where he delivered flowers to me personally and sent me a nice text to let me know he was on the way and that they had arrived. He even delivered to me SAME DAY and on his way home when someone ordered flowers for me the day I had to say goodbye to my best dog friend. The bouquets are always BEAUTIFUL and obviously put together very thoughtfully. I’d give more stars if I could. I’m sorry this business thought I gave anything less."

"Being from out of town I was a bit apprehensive, but I had a great experience with Panache Flowers and Gifts! It was my first time ordering. David from Panache really explained his philosophy on his selecting the freshest flowers available for the day of delivery. I explained that my order was to celebrate my Nana’s 98th birthday and I gave him some ideas about using pink flowers for an arrangement that would make a “Happy” statement and let him use his artistic creativity. Well, the flower arrangement turned out beautiful and was better than I imagined! It was delivered timely and the flowers were in top condition and looked so nice in a pretty green , flared vase. I am glad to post this review as good service and thoughtful details are hard to find these days! I am glad to have found such a wonderful florist that I am sure to use again and again!"
