"Avoid the store at all costs they are extremely prejudice. If you are young or white or male they will assume that your shoplifting and they will treat you like a criminal. They'll send people in the bathroom after you to check up on you they will watch you on the cameras they'll come stand right next to you when you're checking out the self-checkout and just watch you like a hawk the whole time. Unless you are an older woman you're not welcome here."

"Went there today and used the U scan. The u scan lady was very rude. I was using my cell phone to clip coupons for my purchase and she was talking to a guy next to her. She said that, “that is what is wrong with people they need to put their cell phones down when the use the U scan.” Then she went on saying that Kroger thinks it’s saving money with U scans but they are actually losing money because people are stealing. Which I guess was another jab at me. I should have complained when I was there but instead I tried to let it go, but it was very rude so I called and complained and now I am writing this review. Lady has a big mouth and needs to worry about herself before she worries about the people who keep the business going."

"I usually don’t shop at this Kroger but it was close so I stopped by. Denise working self-checkout was amazing! I was having trouble with the uscan and forgot some items. Denise was very friendly, remarkably kind, and extremely knowledgeable!"

"I remember when this Kroger first opened 20 years ago. It had a starbucks, a PNC Bank, and a sushi chef that made fresh sushi everyday. Today, half the shelves are empty, employees can be heard complaining about their job, and the entire look and feel has completely changed. When I asked an employee at checkout why all the shelves are empty, she exclaimed, "the warehouses ain't shipping us nothing, and I'm glad, because I'm trying to get out of here!""
