"Ordered an arrangement for a friend’s funeral. Was assured that delivery would be before the family viewing as it held some significance from a group that the deceased was very involved with. The arrangement was not at the funeral home at the promised designated time. I called several times asking about the arrangement only to be told that they could not find the order. The plant with a few flowers was finally delivered over 3 hours past the promised time and was not what I ordered. I had asked for a planter of various plants, not 1. To say the least, customer service was nonexistent and I will not use or refer this florist again. Very disappointed with the entire transaction."

"(From my wife:) Wonderful customer service and beautiful work! My first interaction with Touch of Elegance was through bouquets my then boyfriend/now husband has gotten for me through them. Absolutely gorgeous arrangements!! And then most recently, my mom and I had an incident with another florist where they could not get our wedding flowers in, but didn’t tell us until a week before the wedding. As a last ditch effort we went to Touch of Elegance. They were so helpful and accommodating, and helped us get everything we needed, even on such short notice! We can’t thank them enough!"

She kindly walked me through the whole process and helped me save money where I could. It was a pleasure to work with her.
