Stating I clearly uploaded a debit card. Which I clearly asked before making the reservation if it was okay. Having attorney look into this. And reporting to BBB"

"You'll want to check in to this place early because if you arrive any later than 9 or 10 pm it's unlikely you'll find a person to help you get checked in. There's a cryptic code you receive via email and there's nobody to call if you have difficulty. The suite was plenty spacious but it's certainly not as bright looking as the photos. It does kinda have that "old college dorm" vibe to it. However if you're just looking for a place for your group to crash for the night after partying in Austin, this is a decent option granted you check in early. There's a parking garage which was a lot better than parking on the street. There were cameras in all the hallways and even inside the room which was kind of creepy. Instructions do say you are free to unplug the camera when you check in, but why have them inside the room at all?"

"I'm pretty sure all the positive reviews are fake. This is a dingy old apartment building. I don't recommend it to anybody. Bad service too. Also the owner is fabricating a story as to why I'm leaving this bad review. It a total sham."
