"There's a employee here by the name of Leeann. She has made my stay very uncomfortable. I can't get my room cleaned when it's time because of her so I would not recommend anyone to stay here. 8103 Cross Park drive Austin Texas. Another thing she a big liar. Lies about everything. Her service is unexcusable."
"Extremely great, beautiful, clean, comfortable and A+++ customer service. Every one of the staff was so nice, welcoming, respectful, considerate, genuinely kind, and just happy. You could feel it, a whole vibe! The general manager is awesome. You can tell he leads by example as well as being someone that the staff enjoy working with. Which is rare to find or witness. Walking into wow factor. Great parking, even for big trucks and suvs. Rooms are very clean and spacious everything is set up as idealistic and manageable. I love our rooms! All this and great prices!! I can't say enough, I've stayed in alot of hotels with my husband and brother as they work nationwide and we travel all across the nation. This Hotel, the way it's managed, as well as the customer service of every employee I have met so far; THIS should be the role model for other hotels to look up to. Take notes."
"Stayed here for 8 days. Great price - you get exactly what you pay for. It's a budget hotel and therefore you get the budget amenities. Come in with that expectation and you will be very pleased. Hotel location is great - there isn't much around the hotel but you can hop on the highway and be almost anywhere in Austin in a reasonable time depending on traffic. The place was very clean and quiet (I'd estimate it was at about 1/2 capacity while we were there so we may have been spaced out well, but it was definitely very quiet our whole stay). The staff at the front desk was always very kind and attentive our entire stay. The facilities include a small gym (1 treadmill, 1 bike, 1 stair stepper, 1 functional trainer), laundry, an entry area with an instant coffee maker. Rooms are cleaned 1 or 2 times per week if you're staying a while. Your room includes a microwave, fridge, stove top - but bring your own pan / utensils or else I believe you can rent some from the front desk. The bathroom only had two towels, two rolls of TP, a bar of soap and a shampoo (no hair dryer) - but the front desk was always willing to give you more soap/towels/trashbags if you asked. My only two comments would be that the bed was a little noisy/squeaky but otherwise comfortable and there is only one elevator and if would sometimes take a minute to get to your floor. If staying a while, I recommend bringing with you or buying: a small fry pan, a small pot, oil, spatula, knife, utensils, paper plates, paper towels, sponge, dish soap, drying towel, and whatever food you're planning to cook. We cooked our breakfasts at the hotel so we had on hand eggs, bagels (that we pan toasted), turkey, cheese and we made breakfast sandwiches each morning. The overall experience was great. We saved a lot of money by staying here."
