"This place was awesome! The decor was spot on. The place was very clean and had a good open feel to it. The beds were amazing. All the windows letting light in was great. The historic neighborhood was really cool, and surprisingly quiet. The original Austin High School is next door which is now ACC. Walking distance to Shoal Creek trail that takes you right into downtown with plenty of restaurants, bars, and patios to hang out at was convenient. The Capitol building is just a few blocks away. The community kitchen and dining area had everything you needed to cook your own food and plenty of seating for guests to still have their own spot. Complimentary coffee that can be made in a French press in the morning was a nice touch. The sweet owners are hands on and we're also staying there during our visit. They always made sure we were having a great stay while there and made sure we didn't need anything. The only thing I would give the heads up on is that if you're coming with guests, the bedrooms don't have any doors or curtains for privacy. I'm sure it's to create that open feel, so if that's not a big deal, I would definitely recommend this place."

"My daughter and I drove to Austin from Dallas for Christmas. We originally had reservations at another venue, however, upon arrival were horrified by the accommodations. We quickly got online and found Adina. The owner, Lew answered and was so gracious with me as I was in tears. He booked us their last room. Which was also the best room! He even discounted the rate for us. The room was perfect and so clean. In addition, the mattresses were the best I've ever slept on. Thank Adina and Lew and family for saving our Christmas!❤"

"Unparalleled experience with great hosts. My wife and I stayed for our 10th anniversary as a shirt get a way from home in South Austin. Everything is close by like food, shopping on Congress, Lamar and 1st St. Downtown is a two min lyft ride away. The room was very clean and exactly as described. We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi, which was more impressive than expected and we had our own porch that allowed us to enjoy each morning drinking coffee. Would definitely recommend to friends!"

"Beautiful bed and breakfast in the heart of downtown Austin! Beautifully designed and super convenient to the Texas Capital as well as downtown. We loved the interior design and the owners are the most lovely humans you will ever meet! The rooms are extremely spacious with the most comfortable beds. "Amazing place to stay if you're in Austin and a hidden Gem. Definitely recommend staying here as it is walking distance to restaurants, 6th street and the Capitol. We booked our trip for the weekend and rented the suite. The room felt like an upscale apt with beautiful art work throughout the house. The beds were comfortable and the owners made you feel like family. They were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and always made us feel welcome. Great experience and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Austin."
