"12/31/2023 First stay PROS: New hotel location parking 24/7 coffee, cocoa CONS: mold in bathroom and vent tear on chair space room layout breakfast We cancelled our previous accommodations because we really did not want to be on 6th street and have a quiet New Year's eve and since we saw this is a new hotel we decided to try. I had called a week before to verify the amenities and request a microwave as well as early check in. The guy stated the request should not be a problem since they were very low occupancy for our stay. We arrived and there were maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. We thought great no one is here and we will have a quiet New Year's Eve. First, We arrived at 2:15 and Christian (front desk) stated we could not check in until 3pm. Then he stated we could check the room.(inconsistant) We left our things on the luggage cart and went to eat. Second, upon return we inspected the room and there was mold in the shower, the bathroom vent and the chair was torn. There was a new lady at the desk and gave us another room. This room had a little mold in the shower but not in the vent and the chair was torn in this room as well. Third, there is just a panel with two hooks to hang your clothes no closet. Last, the rooms facing the front of the hotel is NOT quiet. For this to be a new hotel it was not up to par. The breakfast was not appealing so we ate elsewhere. We have stayed at other IHG properties and lately they have not been up to par. DISAPPOINTED!!!"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s very clean and quiet. But most importantly the atmosphere is so friendly and such a kind vibe. This is a great location too, everything is close by but far away enough from high traffic, noise, etc. The breakfast was great and just what we needed before a busy day. Super friendly staff."

"Hotel is new and nicely styled however the walls are way too thin. Got put here for a job interview and woke up continually with doors slamming and noise from other rooms. There were no glasses to have a drink of water in the room, which was unusual. Breakfast was good."

"This was the best hotel experience my husband and I have ever had. We were celebrating our anniversary and we had a great time. I chose this hotel because we were picking our rental in the area. I had never heard of it, but it looked clean and nice and would fit our budget and needs. The hotel staff were great, efficient, and friendly! Breakfast was just enough for us, not too heavy, and plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel and this is officially the hotel we'll be using in Austin in the future. Thank you so much!"
