"The experience is everything. Lost my bag in the cab. The staff all pooled their efforts and we contacted the cab company. In hours got my briefcase back. This staff including Travis are fabulous. They treat you the way you expect to be treated. Great job everyone. I will be back. Paul"
"We stayed here back in November. It was a very late check in and the entire staff made us feel so welcome. Check in was quick and we were so thankful to receive a complimentary upgrade. The next few days we stayed there were great. Out of all the Austin hotels this is by far our favorite. We will be back soon!"
"Service was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, could be a little large. The hot shower was not consistent…hot and cold in a period 5 minutes. NOT good. Was here for a weekend of conference. The food was a 3 star. Had two banquet dinners.. both were consistent poorly prepared. Best part was the dessert. They need to get a better executive chief. 3 Stars was on the food service. Staff was very good, especially the concierge- excellent."
