"I recently had a stay there with a loved one and had a better experience than I thought. The hotel staff was very welcoming and did what they could to make my stay comfortable. I loved the layout of the room and the Jacuzzi just made it ten times better. Highly recommend a first floor room with a Jacuzzi, it was nice and relaxing to use coming back from a long day. I would definitely stay here again."

"I recently stayed here with my family for the 2023 Formula 1, and had a great experience. The hotel was close to downtown which gave us access to different places to visit and events to attend. Our view was amazing especially at night I loved sitting on the balcony and being able to see all the lights. The bathroom was the best part!! I loved the vanity style mirror, it was perfect for when I was getting ready for the day. The front desk lady was also very nice and helpful when we were checking in, and even gave us some local tips on the Austin area. The best part of my stay overall was knowing I was staying where the Red Bull Technicians who were working at the Formula 1 were staying, and getting the chance to meet them!!!"

"Kind staff and hosts. Chinese style rooms and architecture. Bathrooms are absolutely the coolest in the city with Asian style bath/shower combo. Prices are fantastic and the access to 35 makes it a perfect getaway for a local date night. It's an older hotel with some smoking rooms but it has enough character to make up for it."

"Attended a game and stayed here since was so close to downtown. We had a smooth check in with nice room. Highly recommend! Living up to the “Keep Austin weird “ vibe for sure. I almost forgot to mention that the jacuzzi rooms are the best! Have jacuzzis right in the middle of the room! Very Great value. Don’t forget your bath bombs!"

"When we arrived and there was a really strong weed odor in the lobby. The elevator was very dirty. After we got to our room and the room did not look like the pictures at all. The curtains were completely stained along with the lamp. There were old pee stains on the toilet that I had to clean and a live roach in the bathroom. I had to buy disinfectant spray and clean myself. There were 2 shoqer heads, and only 1 worked. Everything felt so dirty, and it was obvious the carpet had not been cleaned as there were clothing tags on the floor from whoever stayed previously. The TV did not work at all along with the WiFi so they tried to give us another room with another TV that didn't work and had oily hand prints on the head board and was super dusty so we just decided to keep our original room and they told us they'd give us a $10 discount at check out. So we went to check out and had to ask the cleaning staff to get someone to check us out as there was no receptionist. They ended up telling us they only had $9 to give us, which is very hard to believe. We we just took the $9 and left because we just wanted to leave asap."
