"Room was not clean and it looks old. Handicap bathroom was dangerous due to slippery condition due to the excess moisture build up in the bathroom, not exhaust ventilation. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Room had several broken items. No clock radio. Sofa bed was disgusting with pee smell in the matress itself."
"Room was clean, had plenty of space and furniture, and was quiet. The view out the windows was half good with some green. Several drawer pulls were missing though. And one of the panes a double-pane window was gone with bits left in the frame. The gym had plenty of space with a cable machine, but missing some weights. The breakfast had several hot meats to choose from but the oatmeal was instant type. There were a lot of tree trucks parked on the road because the hotel has a contract with the city's tree cutting service. There's another hotel going up across the street so some construction traffic on the entrance road right now."
"Great quiet place to stay. Rooms are clean. Pillows are not that comfy but all in all great place to stay. Will definitely stay again. The road to turn off to get into the hotel is tricky so drive slow when approaching especially at night or you'll miss it."
"My stay at this Residence Inn was mediocre at best. I stayed here for three nights due to a weekend family wedding and its proximity to the airport. Facility: The building looked visually appealing from the exterior, but the parking lot was quite narrow. Parking could be limited if the lot is full. Common Areas: When I checked in at 9 pm, the front lobby appeared disorganized. Beer cans and bottles were scattered around, and there was no staff at the front desk. The chairs and tables were quite worn for a place of this caliber. The gym lacked many weights and was disorganized. I stayed on the third floor, and it was uncomfortably warm. It seemed like the AC wasn't running, and people had left trash outside their doors and on the floor near the elevator, causing an unpleasant odor. Staff: I had difficulty distinguishing between staff and guests. Staff members were not wearing name tags or uniforms, except for the housekeeping staff. However, they all appeared to be friendly. The Room: My room was clean, but some of the furniture appeared dated. There was a large water stain on the ceiling directly over the TV area. The bed was not comfortable, and I had trouble sleeping during the three nights of my stay. Overall: If I were in need of accommodations in the future, I would choose a different hotel. I don't mean to be insulting, but I hope my review can contribute to improvements at Residence Inn."
