"Booked my trip through Expedia. Waited for almost 2 hours to get in at the time of check-in. None of the access codes worked. They said a simple "Sorry we can't do anything right now, please come back tomorrow" at midnight. Almost all other hotels within 25 mile range were booked due to multiple events going on in downtown Austin. Took me 3 hours to find a different stay for the night. Thanks Kasa for stranding me at night. Never booking again. Sticking to traditional hotels hereon."

"This was our second time staying with Kasa, but this time at the downtown location. Some minor details in the difference of quality from the previous stay ( light bulbs out in bathroom, dishwasher nonfunctional ). Overall it was a really central location with quick access to many great destinations, a true hub to a great Austin experience."
"Had a convention to attend in Austin; registered late and the convention hotel was booked. Accidentally found Kasa through an online search, and what a blessing that was. The process was remarkably easy, even for a middle-aged guy, the place was just right - great location, very clean, appropriately furnished and appointed and the price was very reasonable. I plan to check out Kasa again for future travel needs!"
"Everything was great , from instructions on check-in to locations to size and cleanliness of the apartment. Only issue we had was a neighbour that was bit loud but never after 9 pm just during the evening , Not sure if this was just bad luck with another rental guest though other than that the stay was great"
