"Awesome experience. Staff was incredibly hospitable. They surprised my wife with a little birthday gift which was massively appreciated. "The hotel is right next to a concert venue. If you are a party animal, maybe this is a great spot for you. If you want to get some sleep, do NOT book this hotel! They will offer to bring up some ear plugs...that's "all they can do." And the music can go on until 2am. And hotel owner, no need to provide your canned response to my comment, I can respond to myself on your behalf: We thank you for your honest review. "Check-in was easy. Arrived late afternoon and was attended to within minutes. Checkout was a breeze on the app. The breakfast was ok, pancakes were cold and hard. But there was a good selection of cold and warm foods. The hallway carpet shows some age, however the room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable."

"Excellent location - very close to East Sixth Street and restaurants. I loved the breakfast here and the gym was reasonably well-equipped. They don't offer water bottles in room so carry one with you and refill from water cooler or just buy from convenience stores. If I am travelling, I would definitely stay there."

"We loved the quiet location and yet walking distance from anything in downtown. Breakfast perfect! The areas are clean and so cozy and zen designed, very harmonious and balanced. The Service was wonderful! Everybody was so attentive, kind and welcoming, very hommie feeling and natural :) Very clean, communication was excellent and everyone willing to help at all times. They really made us feel at home. Loved it! God bless you all."
