"When I arrived, I was advised not to leave valuable items inside the car or rooms because last night, someone broke into the AC in some rooms and stole things. How can I stay with my wife in a place like this? The worst part is, I requested to cancel my stay, but they said they would and still charged me anyway"

"I had no issues with staff, just the room itself was dirty with bugs mainly in the bathroom, and we got our own cleaning supplies and blankets to sleep on."

"If all you need is clean sheets then this place is ok. I found the desk staff rude both at check in and check out. The room was in disrepair with huge chuck of drywall damaged and a window air unit that was very loud and dirty as hell. The tub had hair on the sides and edges. The water pressure was non existent and was only warm at best. Because it was a UT game weekend they had the audacity to charge $300 for a single night and given the physical condition of the room it was clearly price gouging. Don’t misunderstand, the building is old and in need of renovation generally speaking but not my chief complaint. Damaged walls and nasty air systems, dirty tub and lack of suitable hot water and water pressure made it a bad two day stay. Add the rude desk help and there’s no redeeming qualities here at all."

"The motel is close to the hospital. The tv was all screwed up. some of the lights didn't work. The bed was clean, and the a/c worked good. The shower felt good. Even though the motel is right by the highway, the rooms were very quiet."

"Okay, now I am writing this review knowing full well this is a budget hotel. Even with a budget hotel, I expect some things. Clean towels, even if stained. Clean beds, and a clean room in general. The towels in my room were used and never taken away, and the bathroom wasn't clean. That being said, the room smelled fine, and the beds were clean and comfy. If you're looking for a room on a budget, I would recommend this hotel."
