The Westin Austin at The Domain

"What can I say? We stay here many times during the year because this is our favorite hotel. We stay an average of 75-80 nights a year in Marriott's and this one is our go too. We love the customer service, the rooms, the workout center with Peloton. The bar and bartenders are always on their game. We also take in breakfast in the mornings and the team is very kind and hospitable. The location is the biggest selling point for us. Love the Westin and plan on visiting again soon."

"Me and my wife had an incredible experience at the Westin . Starting with Gloria / front desk were very nice and respectful. Kim G also made the experience very nice with complimentary breakfast/bar passes that I wasn’t expecting. And I can’t forget Tammy who works in the urban grill side- she waited on us and was perfect with her customer service skills. Everything was perfect !"

Location is amazing, close to the city and in the heart of my favorite shops at the domain!"

"Great location near all the shopping of the domain! The front desk was very kind and helpful. When I came in I was having horrible allergies and they offered to send extra tissues to our room and guided me to some allergy medicine at their market behind the counters. Room was also very nice too. Bed was a bit firm for my liking but all was really great!!"

"Excellent hotel and staff. I felt very welcome. Staff went above and beyond when my dog somehow escaped her collar, helping me to get her after she ran out the automatic front door. (Dog park really close by.) Great food at hotel. Nice breakfast buffet and menu items. So much to do at the Domain and the hotel is right in the middle of the shopping/dining area. Parking is easy (and free). Rooms are clean. Beds are very comfortable. Bath products are very nice. I've stayed here several times and it has always been a great experience."
