"When I say WOW, I really mean WOW! I took my boyfriend here for his 35th birthday and I wanted to surprise him and the staff worked with me from start to finish to make it special for him. James, Victoria and the trainee (I’m sorry I wish I got her name) were INCREDIBLE! I’m 9 months pregnant and the lengths they went to try to assist me was amazing. The hotel was immaculate and absolutely stunning! Keep in mind my boyfriend does not impress easy. We stayed in the King Archer Suite and we absolutely loved it! It was such a wonderful, indulgent experience, we can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much James, Victoria and staff!"
"-Front desk rushed our check-in process. Did not feel welcomed. -Sink was clogged when we entered the room. Front desk sent a maintenance crew. Took a while. Awkwardly waited until complete. -Lights are really manual; usually there is a switch for all lights to turn-off. -TV did not include a guide. Manually switched 1 by 1, def boring on a rainy day. Not as modern/high-tech as I expected. -AC/heater did not work properly. -Hotel is located in the fancy Domain area, but the rooms are not as modern as one may expect. -Service could be better"
"This was one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in! The location is perfect for dining and shopping at The Domain; do yourself a favor and walk to Perry's for dinner! The rooms were well appointed with everything you would need, including a Nespresso and little things like q-tips and a great makeup mirror. We treated ourselves to breakfast in bed and the waffle was delicious! The standard king room is a tad small but not uncomfortable."
"I booked a night away from my 2-year old through a third party website, and the pictures they posted for the King Suite were of the luxury King Suite. When I checked into my room, I called the front desk to ask why my room didn’t have a soaking tub and we figured out that the website I’d booked through had the wrong photos. But Barb at the front desk was very accommodating and upgraded me to the luxury King Suite so that I was able to enjoy the soaking tub on my night away. Both rooms I saw were great, the hotel was nice and new, and everyone I interacted with was friendly. Thanks again to Barb for making my night!"
"The hotel is lovely and the service is great. Our room unfortunately was a bit loud. The adjacent room’s activity and door opening and closing resulted in our door rattling loudly each time. I would think this does not occur in all rooms but did in ours. It was more jarring than anything because it sounds like someone is jostling our own door to get in. We will let the management know about it so they can remedy it. Other than that experience, it was great!"
