"Ronda at the front desk was very rude front the first words spoken. Apparently others have had similar experiences. Hence management has not addressed this issue and I felt the need to leave a review. Hopefully this changes thing. The parking lot is very trashy. I advise no one to stay on the 1st floor as it is very noisy. All other front desk staff were nice and helpful."

"This hotel is lovely. The outside doesn't truly match the inside. I was a little thrown off by the abandon building in the same parking lot but the hotel is nice. The breakfast was good and the service was great. The only complaint I have is they ac was somewhat loud and it was struggling to maintain the temperature so the room was constantly hot then really cold. Overall not a terrible stay."

"I really gave this hotel a chance for - 5 nights. At breakfast the wait staff is grumpy and constant reminders to top - for a buffet. As the week went on my room had less towels, after shorting me on towels, in the evening after a long day if work, I was soaking wet and told by front desk to go to the lobby to get an additional towel after only having one clean towel left the previous day - the first night started with three towels. Hope you have a better experience."

"Older Hotel, with no mods to accommodate any newer technology setups, while staying there two false fire alarms went off on two different nights, one which was in the middle of the night. The service was good and the rooms are clean, daily service . but I am not staying here, the hotel needs upgrades."

"The rooms are nice there are not many amenities. The area around the hotel has tent cities and I believe this hotel houses SEVERAL state troopers every single day/night which was safe feeling. The breakfast was ridiculously expensive but it was tasty with many options and the woman running breakfast service is the sweetest nicest lady. The male front desk crew was so nice and helpful unfortunately the night lady was not so nice or courteous but we quit speaking with her the duration of our trip. ALL in all 4 Starz"
